Ingredients:
4 CHICKEN BREAST (SKINLESS AND
BONELESS)
(CHOPPED)
2 AVOCADOS (DICED PIECES)
2 canHEARTS OF PALM (SLICED)
1/2 cupCAPERS (WHOLE)
1 bunchWATERCRESS (CHOPPED FINE)
1/2 cupPARSLEY (CHOPPED FINE)
4 GREEN ONIONS (GREEN AND
WHITE PART)
(SLICED)
CAPER VINAIGRETTE (RECIPE TO
FOLLOW)
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients together.
2This can be made 1 day ahead without the vinaigrette dressing.
3Pour vinaigrette dressing and mix with chicken mixture right before you fill pastry shells.
4Fill pastry shells and top with a parsley top.
5Caper vinaigrette tarragon wine vinegar - (?cup) capers (?cup minced) olive oil (1 ?cup) lemon juice ( two cap fulls) white pepper, salt to taste pastry shells.
6Either you can buy the phylo shells or purchase from a food distributor the made up pastry shells (they look like sea shells) any small pastry shell, canape size will do.
7Wonderful hors d ourve you will get great compliments on this goody.
