Chicken puffs amandine

Ingredients:
1/2 cupCanned chicken broth
1/4 tspAlmond extract
1 canDevil chicken spread
3 tbspDiced toasted almond
-optional
2 Eggs
1/8 tspSalt
1/2 cupSifted flour
1/4 cupButter
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 450 degrees.
2Bring broth to boil over moderate heat.
3Add butter and salt.
4Stir until butter melts.
5Reduce heat.
6Add flour all at once.
7Stir vigorously until mixture can be formed into a ball.
8Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each one.
9Continue beating until smooth and shiny.
10Stir in chicken spread, almonds and extract.
11Blend well.
12Drop by small teaspoonfuls onto greased cookies sheets and bake 10-12 minutes until golden.
13Can be made ahead and reheated at 350 °F for 5-7 minutes. serve warm
