Ingredients:
1 lbsChicken livers
1/2 cupSoy sauce
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 cupWater
Soy sauce or mustard for
-dipping
Procedures:
1Marinate livers in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and water for at least 2 hours.
2Place livers on skewers.
3Cook on hibachi or grill until done.
4Serve with soy sauce or mustard for dipping
