Ingredients:

| | Hard cooked eggs | | 1/2
| cup | Finely chopped cooked | | | -chicken | | 3
| tbsp | Mayonnaise | | 1
| tbsp | Grated onion | | 1
| tsp | Dijon mustard | | 1/2
| tsp | Dry mustard | | 3/4
| tsp | Hot pepper sauce, to taste | | 1
| tbsp | Minced parsely | | | Paprika, for garnish |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut eggs lengthwise in half. | | 2 | Remove yolks & place in a small bowl. | | 3 | Marsh yolks w/ a fork. | | 4 | Add chicken, mayonnaise, onion, dijon mustard, dry mustard, hot sauce & parsely. | | 5 | Blend well. | | 6 | Stuff egg whites w/ yolk mixture. | | 7 | Sprinkle tops w/ paprika to garnish. | | 8 | Cover & refrigerate until serving time |
