Ingredients:
10 -minutes preparation time
3 -minutes cooking time
2 -hours chill time
INGREDIENTS
1 tbspButter
4 Scallions, chopped
2 cupChicken stock
1 packUnflavored gelatin
1 cupChicken, chopped cooked
1 cupHam, chopped, cooked
1 tbspMadeira
1 cupHeavy cream
Procedures:
1In a medium-size saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
2Add scallions and cook 2 mintues.
3Stir in stock and gelatin.
4Simmer, stirring, until gelatin dissolves.
5Pour into a food processro.
6Add chicken,ham and madeira to processor.
7Process until smooth.
8Pour into a bowl, cover, and chill until almost set.
9Meanwhile, beat cream until stiff.
10Fold whipped cream into chicken and ham mixture and pack into a lightly greased 6-cup mold.
11Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, or overnight, until set
