Ingredients:
4 ozChevre cheese
2 tbspMargarine or butter
-softened
2 tbspMilk
1/4 tspPaprika
Ds Ground red pepper
1/4 cupChopped pecans
2 tbspChopped ripe olives
24 Toasted rye crackers
Procedures:
1Remove rind from cheese and let stand until room temperature.
2Place cheese, margarine, milk, paprika and red pepper in blender container.
3Cover and blend on high speed, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth, about 1 minute.
4Stir in pecans and olives.
5Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
6Garnish with pecan halves and chopped ripe olives if desired.
7Serve with crackers.
