Ingredients:
1/2 cupUnsalted butter, room temp
4 ozGoat cheese, room temp
2 tbspFreshly grated Parmesan
1 cupAll-purpose flour
1/2 tspSalt
1 pinchCayenne pepper
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375 deg.
2Blend butter and both cheeses in processor until smooth.
3Add remaining ingredients.
4Process until just blended using on/off turns.
5Transfer mixture to pastry bag fitted with medium star tip (no.
64).
7Pipe in 2-inch-long strips on ungreased baking sheet.
8Bake until edges begin to brown, about 8 minutes.
9Cool on rack.
10Store in airtight container.
