Ingredients:

| oz | Cream cheese | | 1/4
| cup | Crumbled blue cheese | | 1
| tbsp | Approximately mayonnaise | | 1
| | Clove garlic, minced - | | | Optional | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground ginger | | 60
| small | Firm seedless grapes | | 2
| cup | Ground almonds, toasted* |

Procedures:
| 1 | In bowl, cream together cheese and mayonnaise, adding up to 1 tbsp. more mayonnaise for spreading consistency. | | 2 | Stir in garlic, if using, and ginger. | | 3 | Wash grapes and dry on paper towels. | | 4 | Stir grapes into cheese mixture and stir gently to coat each one thoroughly, rolling by hand if necessary to completely cover each grape. | | 5 | Roll cheese-covered grapes individually in almonds until coated. | | 6 | Place on flat platter or tray. | | 7 | Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour or up to 3 days. | | 8 | Makes 60. | | 9 | *spread nuts on baking sheet and toast in 350f oven for 5 minutes or until golden |
