Cheesy grapes

Ingredients:
4 ozCream cheese
1/4 cupCrumbled blue cheese
1 tbspApproximately mayonnaise
1 Clove garlic, minced -
Optional
1/4 tspGround ginger
60 smallFirm seedless grapes
2 cupGround almonds, toasted*
Procedures:
1In bowl, cream together cheese and mayonnaise, adding up to 1 tbsp. more mayonnaise for spreading consistency.
2Stir in garlic, if using, and ginger.
3Wash grapes and dry on paper towels.
4Stir grapes into cheese mixture and stir gently to coat each one thoroughly, rolling by hand if necessary to completely cover each grape.
5Roll cheese-covered grapes individually in almonds until coated.
6Place on flat platter or tray.
7Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour or up to 3 days.
8Makes 60.
9*spread nuts on baking sheet and toast in 350f oven for 5 minutes or until golden
