Cheese-stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients:
2 lbsLarge mushrooms (about 40)
1/2 cupGrated Romano cheese
3/4 cupDry bread crumbs
1/2 cupGrated onion
2 Cloves garlic, minced
3 tbspMinced parsley
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspFreshly ground black pepper
1/2 tspOregano
3/4 cupOlive oil
Procedures:
1Wash but do not peel mushrooms.
2Remove stems and chop.
3Mix all ingredients except mushrooms and oil.
4Stuff mushroom caps.
5Pour a little oil into baking pan; arrange mushrooms in pan.
6Pour remaining oil over each one.
7Bake at 350f for 25 minutes.
8Serve
