Ingredients:
4 Croissants
1 1/2 tbspSoft butter
2 ozGenoa (Italian) salami
-thinly sliced
4 ozGruyere Cheese, thinly
-sliced
Procedures:
1Salt and pepper preheat oven to 350 °F.
2Slice each croissant open, starting from the front and leaving the back unbroken.
3Divide the salami and arrange over the bottom of each croissant.
4Cover with the cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
5Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until the croissants are hot through and the cheese has melted.
6Cut in half and serve hot.
7Serves 4 this is a simple but very delicious combination of tastes, ideal for days when the sociable libran has little time to spend in the kitchen.
8Serve it as a starter, or a light lunch dish with a green salad and red italian wine
