Ingredients:

| lbs | Cheddar Cheese (Grated) | | 1/2
| cup | Soft Butter | | 1
| | Egg | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 2
| cup | All-Purpose Flour | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| tsp | Sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking Powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/2
| cup | Onions (Finely Chopped) | | 1/4
| cup | Parsley (Chopped) Or Flakes |

Procedures:
| 1 | Beat cheese and butter. | | 2 | Add egg and water. | | 3 | Blend. | | 4 | Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and paprika. | | 5 | Add flour mixture, onions and parsley to the cheese mixture. | | 6 | Blend. | | 7 | Drop onto cookie sheet. | | 8 | Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. | | 9 | May be frozen and thawed. | | 10 | Reheat at 375°F for 5 minutes. | | 11 | Makes 8 dozen |
