Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupMilk
1 cupSugar
3 Egg yolks
2 cupCream
1/3 cupCocoa
1 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Beat the milk and egg yolks together.
2Mix in the sugar.
3Cook over medium heat until the mixture coats a spoon.
4Stir often or it will burn.
5After cooking, sift in the cocoa and mix well.
6Cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
7Add the cream and vanilla and mix well again.
8Refrigerate overnight for best results in the donvier
