Ingredients:
1 cupWater
2 cupDry white such as sauterne
1 tspSeason salt
1 tbspButter
Procedures:
1Place in top part of double boiler and place directly on burner and bring to boil.
2Put pan in bottom of double boiler and add 4 cups swiss american cheese.
3Add 3 tbl.
4Cornstarch, softened with water.
5Stir until cheese melts.
6Put into fondue pot.
