| 1 | Cut crusts off the bread slices. |
| 2 | Cut into 1" squares in a sauce pan combine cheeses and butter. |
| 3 | Heat over low heat until melted. |
| 4 | Stir to mix thoroughly. |
| 5 | Beat egg whites until stiff. |
| 6 | Slowly pour cheese mixture into beaten egg whites and fold gently. |
| 7 | Dip bread cubes in cheese mixture and coat well. |
| 8 | Place on lightly greased baking sheet. |
| 9 | Refrigerate 1 hour or freeze 15 minutes. |
| 10 | Preheat oven to 350 deg f. |
| 11 | Bake for 15 minutes or until light golden brown. |
