Ingredients:
1/2 cupButter
10 Eggs
1/2 cupFlour
1 tspBaking powder
Salt, to taste
8 ozGreen chili peppr, chop
Ortego
1 pintCottage cheese, small curd
1 lbsMonterey Jack Cheese, grated
Or ?Cheddar & ?Jack
Procedures:
1Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan in oven.
2Beat eggs lightly.
3Add flour, bkg pwd and salt; mix well.
4Add melted butter, cottage cheese, cheeses and peppers.
5Bake 400-15 minutes; then 350 - 35-40 minutes; or until firm.
6May be frozen and reheated
