Cheese chili bites

Ingredients:
1 cupAll-purpose flour
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspDry mustard
1/2 tspHot chili powder
1 largePinch cayenne pepper
1/4 cupButter or margarine
1/2 cupFinely grated Cheddar cheese
1 Egg, beaten
1 tbspCold water
1 tbspSesame seeds
1 tbspPoppy seeds
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400°F.

3Sift flour, salt and spices into a bowl.
4Cut in butter finely until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
5Add grated cheese and mix well.
6Mix egg with cold water.
7Add 2 tablespoons of egg mixture to cheese mixture and mix to form a fairly stiff dough.
8Knead gently on a lightly floured surface.
9Roll out dough to a 12x6" rectangle.
10Trim edges.
11Cut in half lengthwise and transfer to a baking sheet.
12Breush each half with remaining egg mixture.
13Sprinkle 1 half with sesame seeds and the other half with poppy seeds.
14Cut each half in 10 triangles and separate slightly to prevent sticking.
15Bake in preheated oven 10-12 minutes or until light golden and cooked through.
16Cool on a wire rack.
17Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks
