Ingredients:
16 ozCream cheese
4 ozCrumbled blue cheese
4 ozShredded sharp theddar
-cheese
1 smallOnion, finely chopped
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
Finely snipped parsley
Procedures:
1Place cheeses in 1 ?quart bowl; let stand at room temperature until softened.
2Beat in onion and worcestershire sauce on low speed.
3Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently, until fluffy.
4Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
5Shape mixture into 1 large ball.
6Roll in parsley; place on serving plate.
7Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
8About 12 servings; 205 calories per serving.
