Ingredients:
3 ozCream cheese
3 ozBleu cheese
3 tbspUnsalted butter
1/4 cupWhipping cream
2 largeBunch Belgian endive
Procedures:
1Paprika (makes about 2 dozen appetizers).
2Combine cheeses, butter and ?cup whipping cream in processor or blender and mix until creamy, adding more cream as necessary.
3Separate endive leaves; wash and drain.
4Spoon cheese mixture into pastry bag fitted with star tip and pipe into endive leaves.
5Arrange leaves in spoke pattern on large platter and sprinkle with paprika.
6Refrigerate until ready to serve
