Ingredients:
| 1 1/2
| lbs | Muenster cheese grated | | 1
| | Beaten egg | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/2
| tsp | Gralic salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 3
| tbsp | Melted butter | | 3/4
| cup | Chopped parsley | | 1
| pack | Refrigerated crescent rolls |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 375 degrees. | | 2 | Combine muenster, egg, pepper, garlic salt, salt, butter/margarine. | | 3 | Set aside. | | 4 | Roll out ?paclage of the crescent rolls into a rectangle. | | 5 | Be sure to seam pieces together. | | 6 | Place half the cheese mixture in the center of the pastry and spread evenly, leaving about a ?inch border all the way around the rectangle. | | 7 | Roll out another ?of the package into a rectangle, again being sure to seam pieces together, and place on top of cheese mixture. | | 8 | Pinch the pastry layers together, fluting decoratively as for pie crust if you wish. | | 9 | Cut a few slits in the top for steam to escape and bake for about 20 minutes. | | 10 | Cut in squares to serve, this is good warm or at room temperature. | | 11 | Repeat process with remaining crescent rolls and filling to make an additional borka |
