Ingredients:
1/3 cupButter/margarine, melted
4 quartPopcorn, popped
1/2 tspGarlic salt
1/2 tspOnion salt
2 cupSharp Cheddar cheese*
Procedures:
1*shredded preheat oven to 325f (163c).
2Melt butter or margarine over low heat.
3Pour the popcorn into a large 4-inch deep baking pan.
4Add butter, garlic salt, onion salt, and cheese, a small amount of each at a time, and toss.
5Heat in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes to melt the cheese, stirring gently once or twice.
6Yield: makes 4 quarts.
