Cheddar-chive popcorn

Ingredients:
1 cupPopcorn, popped
1 x-(about 12 cups)
3 tbspUnsalted butter
1 x-cut into small pieces
2 tspWhite-wine Worcestershire sa
3 cupLoves garlic, finely chopped
3 tbspDried chives
1/2 cupFinely grated sharp Cheddar
1 x-cheese, dried*
1 xSalt, to taste
Procedures:
1Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
2Place the popcorn in a large bowl.
3Put the butter, worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a small saucepan and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes until the garlic has softened.
4Add the chives and stir well.
5Pour over the popcorn and toss.
6Spread the popcorn evenly in a large jelly-roll pan.
7Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, removing the pan and stirring occasionally.
8Remove the pan from the oven.
9Toss the cheese with the popcorn, allow to cool slightly, then serve at once, adding salt to taste.
10Make 12 cups.
11*the cheese should be as dry as possible when added to the popcorn.
12Spread the grated cheese on a plate and chill it, uncovered, in the refrigerator, for several hours or overnight.
