Ingredients:

| cup | Popcorn, popped | | 1
| x | -(about 12 cups) | | 3
| tbsp | Unsalted butter | | 1
| x | -cut into small pieces | | 2
| tsp | White-wine Worcestershire sa | | 3
| cup | Loves garlic, finely chopped | | 3
| tbsp | Dried chives | | 1/2
| cup | Finely grated sharp Cheddar | | 1
| x | -cheese, dried* | | 1
| x | Salt, to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat the oven to 350 °F. | | 2 | Place the popcorn in a large bowl. | | 3 | Put the butter, worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a small saucepan and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes until the garlic has softened. | | 4 | Add the chives and stir well. | | 5 | Pour over the popcorn and toss. | | 6 | Spread the popcorn evenly in a large jelly-roll pan. | | 7 | Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, removing the pan and stirring occasionally. | | 8 | Remove the pan from the oven. | | 9 | Toss the cheese with the popcorn, allow to cool slightly, then serve at once, adding salt to taste. | | 10 | Make 12 cups. | | 11 | *the cheese should be as dry as possible when added to the popcorn. | | 12 | Spread the grated cheese on a plate and chill it, uncovered, in the refrigerator, for several hours or overnight. |
