Ingredients:
3/4 cupMilk
1 tbspDijon-style mustard
2 tspOnion powder
1/4 tspSalt
1 dashGround black pepper
3/4 cupApple juice
1/4 cupAll-purpose flour
6 oz(1 ?cups) shredded sharp
-cheddar cheese
4 cupItalian bread cut in 1-inch
-cubes
4 cupAssorted blanched
-vegatables, cut in

Procedures:
1In a medium saucepan combine until smooth: milk, apple juice, flour, mustard, onion powder, salt and black pepper.
2Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils; cook and stir one minute longer.
3Remove from heat; add cheese; stir until melted.
4Transfer to a fondue pot; keep warm.
5Serve with bread cubes and assorted vegetables.
6This makes 4 portions (about 2 cups)
