Ingredients:
1 lbsLean ground beef
1/2 lbsGround lamb
1/2 lbsGround pork
4 Garlic cloves, finely choppe
1 tspSalt
1 tspBaking soda
2 tspFreshly ground black pepper
1 tspCayenne pepper, or more
Seasoned pepper and garlic p
1 Egg white, beaten
Procedures:
1You may wish to combine the seasonings or grind them together before adding them to the meat.
2Shape in thumb-sized sausages, or in croquette size shapes.
3Grill on open grill until done.
4Serve with pita bread or hard rolls, and onions (raw or sauteed).
5The smaller size works great for an appetizer (on a toothpick).
6Traditionally, these are not served in barbeque sauce
