Brooke's apple pie

Ingredients:
CRUST
2 cupFlour
1 cupCrisco
1/2 cupMilk
Pn Salt
FILLING
3 largeApples (tart), pared
-cored and sliced
-thinly (to make 6 C)
3/4 cupSugar
2 tbspFlour
3/4 tbspCinnamon, ground
Ds Nutmeg
2 tbspButter, cut into
-small chunks
Ds Salt
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400 °F.
2Cut crisco into flour until well-mixed.
3Stir milk and salt into flour and crisco mixture.
4Stir until well-blended.
5Divide into two equal balls; roll into two round of crust and reserve.
6Combine sugar, flour, spices and dash of salt in a large bowl or ziploc bag.
7Add the sliced apples and mix well.
8Pour all of apple mixture into pastry-filled 9" pie plate.
9Dot with butter chunks.
10Cover with top crust and flute edge to seal in juices.
11Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
12Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
13Bake for 50 minutes or until done
