| quart | Boiling water | | 1/2
| each | Serrano chili, seeded & | | | -- minced | | 2
| tbsp | Lime juice | | 1/2
| tbsp | Maple syrup | | 2
| tbsp | Cashew pieces, toasted | | 1
| tbsp | Cilantro, chopped |

Procedures:
