Ingredients:
1 canCream of chicken soup
1/3 cupLight cream
1/2 cupShredded swiss cheese
2 tbspGrated parmesan cheese
10 Eggs
Procedures:
1In saucepan, combine all ingredients except eggs.
2Heat until cheese melts; stir occasionally.
3For each serving, break two eggs into individual baking dishes or custard cups.
4Cover with sauce.
5Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
6Bake at 350 °F for 10-15 minutes until eggs are desired doneness.
