Ingredients:
2 cupCarrots, sliced
3 ea Slices ginger
2 eachGreen onions, chopped
2 tbspMellow white miso
1 tbspMaple syrup
Procedures:
1Steam carrots, ginger & green onions until the the carrots are tender, about 10 minutes.
2Transfer to a food processor & blend until smooth along with the remaining ingredients.
3Spoon into a dish & serve.
