Ingredients:
1 lbsGround caribou
1/4 lbsGround pork
1/4 cupQuick oatmeal, Red River
-cereal, bread or
-cracker crumbs
1/4 cupOnion, finely chopped
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspGarlic powder
2 tspPrepared mustard
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/4 cupCatsup OR
1 Egg AND
1 tbspTomato paste
1/2 tspHot pepper sauce
Procedures:
1Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl; shape the mixture into smallballs, using a teaspoon of meat mixture for each.
2Cook in a skillet over mediumheat in a little hot fat.
3Turn frequently until brown on all sides, 5 to 7minutes.
4Makes 5 dozen miniature meat balls.
5Serve with your favorite barbecuesauce and slices of un buttered french bread
