| 1 | Heat oven to 350 °F. |

| 5 | Stretch 1 loaf of dough in ring around 1 cheese, twisting in spiral as you go. |

| 8 | With scissors, snip 1-inch-deep incisions with daugh at 2-ich intervals. |
| 9 | Sprinkle pecans on top of cheese, the top with brown sugar. |
| 10 | Bake 30 minutes. |
| 11 | Cool 20 to 30 minutes. |
| 12 | Slice in wedges to serve. |
