Caramelized brie

Ingredients:
Vegetable oil spray
2 11 oz refrigerated French
-bread (spiral can)
2 Very cold rounds of Brie
(8-10oz ea)
1/2 cupChopped pecans
2 tbspBrown sugar
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350 °F.
2Spray 3-quart gratin pan, large tart pan, or baking sheet with vegetable oil.
3Place cheeses in pan with with 1 to 2 inches between them.
4Open cans of bread dough.
5Stretch 1 loaf of dough in ring around 1 cheese, twisting in spiral as you go.
6Press seams together.
7Repeat with other cheese.
8With scissors, snip 1-inch-deep incisions with daugh at 2-ich intervals.
9Sprinkle pecans on top of cheese, the top with brown sugar.
10Bake 30 minutes.
11Cool 20 to 30 minutes.
12Slice in wedges to serve.
