Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef
1/4 cupMinced onions
1 tspSalt
1 tspPepper
1/2 cupMilk
1/4 cupSugar
1 1/2 tbspCornstarch
1 cupPineapple juice
1/4 cupVinegar
1 tspSoy sauce
1 tbspButter
1 cupSliced celery
1/2 cupSliced pepper
1/2 cupSlivered almonds, sauteed
Procedures:
1Form 20 small meatballs of combined beef, onions, salt, pepper, and milk.
2Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
3Combine sugar and cornstarch; mix in liquids and add butter.
4Cook on low heat until clear, stirring constantly.
5Add vegetables and heat gently 5 minutes.
6Place meatballs on a bed of cooked rice, top with sauce and sprinkle with almonds
