1 tspCold water
1 Egg white
1 lbsLarge pecan halves
1 cupSugar
1 tspGround cinnamon
1 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Beat water and egg white until frothy.
2Mix well with pecans.
3Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt.
4Mix well with pecans.
5Spread on cookie sheet.
6Bake at 225°F for 1 hour.
7Stir occasionally.
