Ingredients:
30 Chicken wings
1 cupBrown sugar
1 tspDry mustard
3/4 cupMargarine
1 cupSoy sauce
3/4 cupWater
Procedures:
1Place all ingredients except wings into wok (set on medium).
2Stir until sugar is dissolved.
3Add chicken wings.
4Cover and stir every 10 minutes.
5Continue cooking until liquid coats the wings (approximately 75 minutes).
6Be careful not to over cook.
7The sugar tends to burn quickly towards the end
