Canlis shrimp

Ingredients:
2 lbsLarge shrimp, shelled
1 ozButter
1 ozOlive oil
1/4 tspFresh groun pepper
1/4 tspSalt
2 ozDry vermouth
Juice of 2 lemons
1 Small garlic clove, crushed
Procedures:
1Into large skillet, place olive oil.
2When simmering, add shrimp; allow to cook until golden brown.
3Reduce heat; add butter, salt pepper.
4When you think you have too much salt, add more.
5This is one dish you cannot oversalt.
6When well blended, raise heat to very hot.
7Add lemon juice and dry vermouth and cook for about 1 minute, constantly stirring.
