Ingredients:
7 ozCamembert, rind removed
4 ozCream cheese, cut in chunks
-at room temperature
1 tbspLime juice, fresh
2 tbspFinely chopped walnuts
-toasted
-Additional finely chopped
-walnuts
Procedures:
1Blend camembert in food processor until smooth.
2Gradually add cream cheese, processing until smooth after each addition.
3Add lime juice, process until smooth.
4Transfer mixture to bowl.
5Mix in 2 tb nuts.
6Season with salt and pepper.
7Spoon pate into 2 cup bowl.
8Sprinkle with additional chopped walnuts.
9Serve with toasted baguette slices and crudities like endives and red pepper strips.
10If camembert is very strong, increase amount of cream cheese.
11Serves: 4
