| tbsp | Fresh lime juice | | 2
| tbsp | Finely chopped toasted | | | -walnuts | | | Additional finely chopped | | | -walnuts |

Procedures:
| 1 | Blend camembert in processor until smooth. | | 2 | Gradually add cream cheese, processing until smooth after each addition. | | 3 | Add lime juice; process until smooth. | | 4 | Transfer mixture to bowl. | | 5 | Mix in 2 tablespooons nuts. | | 6 | Season with salt and pepper. | | 7 | Spoon pate into 2-cup bowl. | | 8 | Sprinkle with additional nuts. | | 9 | (can be made 1 day ahead. | | 10 | Cover; chill. | | 11 | Bring to room temperature before serving). | | 12 | If the camembert is very strong, increase the amount of cream cheese to taste. | | 13 | Serve with toasted baguette slices and assorted crudites like endive and red bell pepper strips. | | 14 | Bon appetit/may 94 typed by didi pah |
