Cajun style crabbie mushrooms

Ingredients:
12 largeStuffing mushrooms
1 tbspMargarine or oil
1/4 cupOnions, chopped
1/4 cupGreen pepper chopped
1 6 ½oz can crab meat
1/2 cupParmesan cheese, grated
1 tbspHot pepper flakes
1 tbspSweet basil
1/2 tbspBlack pepper
1 tbspGarlic powder
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350.
2Wash and remove stems from mushrooms.
3Chop stems finely and set aside.
4Heat margarine or oil in a medium-sized skillet.
5Add mushroom stems, onions and green peppers.
6Cook until tender.
7Remove from heat and add crab meat.
8Stuff mushroom caps with this mixture and place on an ungreased baking dish.
9Combine cheese, pepper flakes, basil, pepper and garlic in a small bowl.
10Sprinkle over mushrooms.
11Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
