Caliente cheese and egg brunch dish

Ingredients:
8 Eggs
1 tspTabasco sauce
1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
1 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspSalt
3 cupMonterey jack cheese --
Shredded
1 1/2 cupCheddar cheese -- shredded
1/3 cupGreen bell peppers --
Minced
2 tbspBlack olives -- sliced
2 tbspGreen chiles -- chopped
Procedures:
1* this will make 36 appetizers or about 8 brunch-sized servings.
2Lightly grease a 9-inch square pan.
3Heat oven to 375 degrees.
4Combine eggs and tabasco sauce in a mixing bowl.
5Use high speed on mixer to beat until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
6Add flour, baking powder and salt.
7Mix well then stir in cheeses, green pepper, olives and green chiles.
8Pour into prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes.
9Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
10Cut into 36 pieces for appetizer or into larger portions for serving with a spicy tomato sauce or salsa
