Ingredients:
2 tbspUnsalted butter
3 cupPecan halves
1/2 cupLight brown sugar
1 tspPaprika
2 tspPowdered Chile
1 tbspGround cumin
1/4 cupCider vinegar
Salt
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
3Add the pecans and saute until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
4Add the brown sugar and cook until caramelized.
5Stir in the paprika, chile powder and cumin.
6Add the vinegar and cook until all the liquid has evaporated.
7Season with salt.
8Spread the pecans on a cookie sheet and bake in an oven until crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes. wal
