Cajun shrimp

Ingredients:
1 lbsExtra large shrimp, peeled
1 tbspFresh lime juice
1/2 tspGarlic powder
1/2 tspOnion powder
1/4 tspThyme
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspRed pepper
1/8 tspBlack pepper
Lime wedges
Procedures:
1Toss the shrimp with the lime juice in a bowl.
2Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, red pepper and black pepper in a small bowl.
3Sprinkle over the shrimp and toss to coat well.
4Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
5Heat until hot.
6Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink, stiring constantly.
7Spoon into a serving dish.
8Chill, covered, for 1 hour or longer.
9Garnish with lime wedges.
10Makes 15 servings
