Ingredients:
16 ozCream cheese, softened
2 tbspDairy sour cream
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPaprika
1/2 tspGround red pepper
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1/4 tspGround thyme
1 cupCooked crabmeat
1/4 cupFinely chopped green pepper
Rye crackers
Procedures:
1Beat all ingredients except crabmeat, green pepper and crackers in 2.5-quart bowl on medium speed until well blended, about 1 minute.
2Stir in crabmeat and green pepper.
3Line a deep 1.5-pint bowl with plastic wrap; press mixture in bowl.
4Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
5Unmold on serving plate; remove plastic wrap.
6Garnish with chili peppers if desired.
7Serve with crackers.
