Brie quiche

Ingredients:
1 Pie crust
4 tbspButter
3 sliceHam
8 Onions, green
1 cupCheese, Brie
1 cupCheese, Parmesan, grated
4 Eggs
2 cupCream, heavy
1/4 tspNutmeg, ground
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400.
2Cover pie crust with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and bake 5 minutes more.
3Remove pie crust and reduce heat to 32Julienne ham.
4Chop all of green onions.
5In skillet, saute ham until browned.
6Remove and set aside.
7Saute onion until tender.
8Remove with slotted spoon and combine with ham.
9Spread on bottom of pie shell.
10Spread brie over ham mixture and sprinkle with parmesan.
11Combine eggs, cream, and nutmeg, and pour over cheese.
12Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
13Let cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve
