Ingredients:

| | Pie crust | | 4
| tbsp | Butter | | 3
| slice | Ham | | 8
| | Onions, green | | 1
| cup | Cheese, Brie | | 1
| cup | Cheese, Parmesan, grated | | 4
| | Eggs | | 2
| cup | Cream, heavy | | 1/4
| tsp | Nutmeg, ground |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 400. | | 2 | Cover pie crust with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and bake 5 minutes more. | | 3 | Remove pie crust and reduce heat to 32Julienne ham. | | 4 | Chop all of green onions. | | 5 | In skillet, saute ham until browned. | | 6 | Remove and set aside. | | 7 | Saute onion until tender. | | 8 | Remove with slotted spoon and combine with ham. | | 9 | Spread on bottom of pie shell. | | 10 | Spread brie over ham mixture and sprinkle with parmesan. | | 11 | Combine eggs, cream, and nutmeg, and pour over cheese. | | 12 | Bake for 30 minutes or until set. | | 13 | Let cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve |
