Caesar artichoke swirls

Ingredients:
1 can(14oz) artichoke hearts
1 cupCrumbled feta cheese
1/4 cupLight, creamy-stye Caesar
Dressing or light mayonnaise
2 tbspChopped parsley
1/4 tspPepper
16 sliceMultigrain bread
Procedures:
1Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
2Mix with feta cheese, dressing, parsley and pepper.
3Trim crusts from bread.
4Spread 2t filling over each slice.
5Roll up tightly.
6Cover with plastic wrap.
7Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
8Each roll makes 6 rounds.
