Ingredients:
| 1/4
| lbs | Frim tofu | | 4
| tbsp | Water | | 1
| cup | Whole wheat flour | | 1/8
| tsp | Black pepper | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| med | Head cabbage | | 1
| tbsp | Corn oil | | 8
| cup | Boiling water | | 1
| each | Bay leaf | | 1
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | | Chopped scallions |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dumplings: blend tofu with water till smooth. | | 2 | Sift dry ingredients. | | 3 | Stir in tofu mixture. | | 4 | Knead for 1 minute, form into ? balls & set aside. | | 5 | Soup: mince core of cabbage & shred leaves finely. | | 6 | Heat oil in soup pot. | | 7 | Add cabbage & saute over medium heat til golden. | | 8 | Add water & bay leaf. | | 9 | Return to a boil, add dumplings, cover & simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. | | 10 | The dumplings should be floating on the top at this point. | | 11 | Remove bay leaf. | | 12 | Dilute soy sauce in a bit of the broth, add to the soup. | | 13 | Simmer for another 5 minutes. | | 14 | Serve, garnishing with scallions. | | 15 | Source unknow |
