Low-fat natural yogurt
Salt and Pepper

Garlic clove, peeled and

2 inch length cucumber
-peeled and chopped

Freshly chopped mint

Extra chopped mint, to

Procedures:

Drain off any liquid from the yogurt, place in a bowl and whisk until smooth.

Add the remaining ingredients, except garnish, and mix well.

Turn into a serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with extrac chopped mint to serve.
