Ingredients:
1/2 cupBeer
1 medClove garlic, minced
4 sliceSwiss cheese, torn in pieces
2 tbspFlour
1 canCheddar cheese soup
French or italian bread
1 cupOr wieners or lobster
Or shrimp or artichoke
Procedures:
1Heart in saucepan, or fondue pot, simmer beer and garlic.
2Combine cheese and flour, gradually blend into beer.
3Heat until cheese melts; stir occasionally.
4Blend in soup; heat, stirring until smooth.
5Spear bread with fork or toothpick and dip into fondue.
