Broccoli polonaise

Ingredients:
1 lbsBroccoli
1/4 cupButter, divided
1/4 cupFine bread crumbs
1 tbspLemon juice
1 Egg, hard cooked, sieved
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Peel broccoli stems.
2Cut x in base of each stem.
3Cook or steam broccoli until just tender.
4Melt 1 tablespoon butter in small skillet.
5Add bread crumbs.
6Saute until golden brown.
7Set aside.
8Melt 3 tablespoons butter in saucepan.
9Add lemon juice.
10Pour hot liquid over broccoli.
11Season with salt and pepper.
12Spoon into serving dish.
13Top broccoli with sieved hard cooked egg and reserved crumbs
