Ingredients:
| 1/4
| cup | Extra-virgin olive oil | | 1
| tsp | Whole cumin seeds | | 1/2
| tsp | Crushed red pepper flakes | | 2
| tbsp | Fresh lime juice | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Black pepper | | 1
| lbs | Broccoli, cut into ? | | | -- pieces, include stem | | 1/4
| lbs | Fresh spinach | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | 2
| tbsp | Grated coconut |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oil in non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat. | | 2 | Add cumin & pepper flakes & fry for ?minute. | | 3 | Stir in lime juice, salt, pepper, vegetables & water. | | 4 | Cover & simmer until the vegetables are reduced to a chunky puree (45 to 60 minutes). | | 5 | Stir occasionally. | | 6 | Immediately before serving, spread about 1 tb of mixture on poppy seeds crackers, (see recipe). | | 7 | Sprinkle with coconut |
