Ingredients:
4 tbspOlive oil
6 Eggs
1 tbspSumac
Salt and freshly ground
Black pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Heat a 12-inch non-stick frying pan and add the oil.
2Break the eggs into the oil, being careful not to break the yolks.
3Sprinkle the sumac and salt and pepper on top.
4Cover and slowly cook until done to taste.
5Serves 3
