1 lbsFresh mushrooms
1 largeOnion, chopped
3 tbspButter
1/4 tspSalt
1 dashPepper
3/4 cupYogurt
1/2 tspDry mint
PREPARATION
Procedures:
1Wash, clean and chop the mushrooms.
2Saute the mushrooms and the onions in the butter until golden.
3Remove and let cool.
4Add salt and pepper and yogurt, mix well.
5Decorate this with dry mint and serve cold.
6This may be served on toast or crackers.
