Ingredients:

| tbsp | Coriander seeds | | 2
| tbsp | Cumin seeds | | 3
| tbsp | Avocado or almond oil | | 1
| tbsp | Hot paprika | | 1/2
| tbsp | Freshly ground black pepper | | 1/2
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 1/2
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 4
| cup | Raw cashew halves |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 375°F. | | 2 | Grind spice seeds in a grinder & place in a large pan. | | 3 | Add oil & remaining seasonings & stir to mix. | | 4 | Pour in nuts & coat well with seasonings. | | 5 | Divide nuts into 2 batches & spread on a greased cookie sheet. | | 6 | Bake fro 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden. | | 7 | Serve warm or at room temperature. | | 8 | Cool completely before storing in an airtight container. | | 9 | Will keep about 2 weeks. | | 10 | Yamna devi, "yamuna"s table |
