Bombay cashews

Ingredients:
2 tbspCoriander seeds
2 tbspCumin seeds
3 tbspAvocado or almond oil
1 tbspHot paprika
1/2 tbspFreshly ground black pepper
1/2 tspNutmeg
1/2 tspCinnamon
1 tspSalt
4 cupRaw cashew halves
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2Grind spice seeds in a grinder & place in a large pan.
3Add oil & remaining seasonings & stir to mix.
4Pour in nuts & coat well with seasonings.
5Divide nuts into 2 batches & spread on a greased cookie sheet.
6Bake fro 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden.
7Serve warm or at room temperature.
8Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
9Will keep about 2 weeks.
